I’m Cat; a fun, passionate, initiator and space-holder for women to discover their strength and empower their self-mastery AND live a full body f𓂀ck yes to living a life that inspires them.

I bring everything I’ve learnt from my years working with people, my extensive Master Training in NLP, Timeline Therapy®, Hypnosis, Coaching, Reiki, Energy Work, and my own personal journey with working with people and their dogs teaching and helping them to improve their communication beyond the verbal word.
